Jack’s Model of well-being:

Health

  • Take care of things, mental and physical
  • Healthy diet
  • Work out/exercise
  • Seek counseling if necessary

Occupational

  • Find the steady balance between financial security and an enjoyable career
    • Not easy, definitely doable!

Social

  • Find the friends that make you happy
  • Confidence is key

Environmental

  • Mother Earth >>>

Spiritual

  • If you have a God(s) worship them.
    • If you don’t, that’s totally cool too.
  • Works in well with mental health
